| The three circuit breakers shall be exactly the same and shall comply with the requirements of the following characteristics: Rated current: 4000A DC min; Short circuit current: 36kA min; Number of poles: 4; Full protection device, electronic type; Remote control: Permanent 230VAC power supply for reloading circuit breaker spring;48VDC closing coil; 48VDCopening coil. Emergency stop: 48VDC under-voltage tripping coil; Status potential-free contact information available on terminal: ON; OFF; DEFAULT; RACK IN. Operation: withdrawable for easy maintenance and fast replacement in case of issue. For each circuit breaker, the Contractor shall supply and install one four-pole chassis for the withdrawable circuit breaker. The three chassis shall be exactly the same. The interconnection copper bars shall connect each new circuit breaker chassis to the existing upstream busbar system as well as to the existing downstream busbar system. | The solid-state RF amplifier shall be as much compact as possible, with a nominal output power of 100 kW at a frequency of 750 MHz.The solid-state RF amplifier shall be able to produce pulses with a length between 5 and 250 μs with a repetition rate between 1 and 200 Hz. The maximum duty cycle of the amplifier shall be 5 %. The Supply shall include: •One compact amplifier; •Documentation as described in section ‘4 Documentation’; •Spare parts as specified in the section ‘5.6 Maintenance and spare parts’. The materials used have to comply with the European Directive 2002/95/EC (RoHS) and with the CERN safety rules. All documentation shall be in English or in French.
