| This Technical Specification concerns the supply of the blocks for the New Forward Shielding (“NFS”) of the CMS experiment at LHC-P5. The NFS consists of an assembly of two times twelve stackable blocks, supported by two metallic supporting towers.The 24 Shielding Blocks have three different shapes or formworks (base, lateral and top) and they all must be made out of welded S235JR low-carbon steel plates of 6 mm thickness. The Supply shall include: Technical deliverables as specified in § 3: Two identical sets of 12 Shielding Blocks each, complete of their lifting and positioning jig; · Activities as specified in § 4: Design (see § 4.1.1); Manufacturing and painting (see § 4.1.2); Assembly of the Supply (see § 4.1.3); Factory Acceptance Test (“FAT”, see § 4.2.1 and § 4.2.1) and disassembly of the Supply; Packing and shipping (see § 4.1.5), if so requested by CERN; Documentation as specified in § 5: Detailed Design File (see § 5.1.1); Manufacturing and Inspection Plan (see § 5.1.2); Factory Acceptance Test report (see § 5.1.3); Technical and safety documentation (see § 5.1.4); Quality Plan (see § 5.2.1); Progress Reports (see § 5.2.2); Unloading Instructions (see § 5.1.5) İhale Dokümanları için — TIKLAYINIZ |
