Aşağıdaki tarih İhalelere KABUL edilmeniz durumunda CERN’e fiyat teklifinin verileceği son tarih olup öncesinde CERN e tarafımızca başvuru ve değerlendirmeye girmeniz için çalışma yapılması gereklidir.

| Report number DO-32729/IT Title Supply of CERN Accelerator School (CAS) Blue Reports Activity code 04060100M Reply date (yyyy-mm-dd) 2020-11-04 16:00 (Expressed in Europe/Zurich time zone) This Technical Specification concerns the supply of CERN Accelerator School – Blue Reports. The delivery is foreseen over the next three years from notification of the Contract. The first delivery is expected to take place within two months from notification of the Contract. 2.1 General Description The successful bidder shall deliver the printed CERN CAS Blue Reports as defined in this technical specification and according to the orders placed within the three-year contract period. The amounts specified by CERN are used for bidding only. 3 SPECIFICATION OF THE TECHNICAL DELIVERABLES The Supply shall include the technical deliverables as specified in the present section. 3.1 Content of the Supply The supply shall include: The printed reports as specified according to the order(s) placed by CERN. The printed items shall be supplied in boxes, separated per order and on an EU pallet if full delivery with no metal bands. A packing list and invoice shall accompany all supplies to CERN. 3.2 Equipment, Materials and Facilities Provided by CERN CERN will provide the following equipment, materials and facilities for the purpose of the performance of the Contract: An order stipulating the specification of the document(s) to be printed. Normal PDF and/or PDF-X transformed files from a variety of sources that contain the document(s) to be printed and supplied. Report number DO-32733/TE Title Supply of racks for 18 kA Power Converters Activity code 03040100M Reply date (yyyy-mm-dd) 2020-11-09 16:00 (Expressed in Europe/Zurich time zone) This Technical Specification concerns the supply of 50 racks for the 18 kA Power Converters of the HL-LHC Project. The delivery is foreseen over three years from notification of the Contract. The first delivery, corresponding to the prototypes, is expected to take place within two months from notification of the Contract. 2.1 Content of the Supply The Supply shall include: · Technical deliverables as specified in § 3, in particular: · Two 45U racks as prototypes equipped with rear and top panel; · Two sides panels as prototypes; · Ten 45U racks as pre-series equipped with rear and top panel; · Four sides panels as pre-series; · 38 45U racks as series equipped with rear and top panel; · Four sides panels as series; · Activities as specified in § 4, in particular: · On the Contractor’s site: · Design (see § 4.1.1); · Procurement of raw materials; · Prototyping (see § 4.1.2); · Pre-series and series manufacturing (see § 4.1.3); · Testing (see § 4.2.1); · Packing, and shipping if requested (see § 4.1.4). · Documentation as specified in § 5.
